The First Days: As the World Dies
An above average zombie novel, but takes a turn toward apocalyptic romance when the men show up. This book follows two women through the beginning of a zombie uprising. The constant emphasis on Katie's sexuality was irritating and distracting and at times it seemed like the author was a little too eager to show off her zombie lore cred, but overall it's a pretty decent read. Will read the sequel.
